1. Who we are

ReviewBundle ("ReviewBundle", "we", "us") operates reviewbundle.site, a service that connects clients with real, vetted human testers who provide private, structured feedback on apps, games, YouTube channels, Instagram pages, and Facebook pages. We do not post public reviews, ratings, or engagement on any client's behalf.

2. Information we collect

We currently collect information you choose to give us directly, through our website forms:

• From clients (Get Started form): name, email address, company/project name (optional), category of interest, package size, and a description of what you want feedback on.
• From testers (Become a Tester form): name, email address, age confirmation (18+), primary device type, categories you're interested in testing, and any notes you choose to add.
• Automatically, from anyone visiting the site: standard technical logs collected by our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — used for security, abuse prevention, and basic traffic analytics. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

If you become an active client or tester, we will also collect information necessary to deliver the service: project briefs, submitted feedback reports, and payment or payout details needed to invoice clients or pay testers.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, quote, or application
• To match testers to relevant client projects
• To deliver testing reports and aggregated feedback to clients
• To process payments from clients and payouts to testers
• To maintain the security and integrity of our site and service
• To communicate with you about your project, application, or account

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use tester or client data to train third-party advertising or AI products.

4. How your information is shared

Feedback reports submitted by a tester are shared only with the client who commissioned that project — never posted publicly, and never shared with other clients. Client project briefs are shared only with the testers matched to that specific project, and only the details needed for them to complete the task.

We share limited data with service providers who help us operate ReviewBundle, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare), email provider, and, once enabled, payment processors (e.g. Stripe) and backend infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase). These providers are bound to use your data only to provide services to us.

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain inquiry, application, and project data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to your request, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies

This site does not currently set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use minimal technical cookies necessary for basic site security and delivery. If this changes — for example, when we introduce account login in a future version of the site — we will update this policy accordingly.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, email us at hello@reviewbundle.site and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children's privacy

ReviewBundle is not directed at children, and testers must confirm they are 18 or older to apply. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our service evolves (for example, when we launch account-based login and payments). We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
