Are your testers real people, or bots?

Always real people. Every tester is individually vetted before they can accept a job. We have zero automated or bot-driven testers — that's a hard line for us, not a marketing line.
Will this affect my public app store rating, follower count, or social stats?

No. Everything a tester submits is private feedback delivered only to you. We do not post public reviews, ratings, comments, likes, or follows on your behalf, on any platform. If you're looking for that, we're not the right service — and most platforms' terms of service prohibit it anyway.
Is this a review-manipulation or 'buy reviews' service?

No. We sell structured, private feedback — not public review counts, ratings, or engagement. Testers act and speak as themselves, and nothing they write is posted anywhere public.
How do you vet testers?

Testers go through an application and screening process, and we track report quality over time. We don't publish our exact scoring criteria — that's part of how we keep quality consistent — but low-effort or vague reports get sent back or replaced, and repeat offenders are removed from the pool.
What exactly will I receive?

One structured written report per tester, following a category-specific framework, plus an aggregated summary that highlights issues or reactions that came up more than once. Growth and Scale packages also include optional screen or gameplay recordings.
How long does a bundle take?

Starter packages typically deliver in 3-5 business days, Growth in 4-7, and Scale in 6-10, depending on category. Enterprise timelines are scoped individually.
Can I request specific tester demographics?

Yes, on Growth and Scale packages you can request specific audience characteristics relevant to your product (e.g. platform familiarity, general age range, or interest area). We match on a best-effort basis from our active pool.
What if I'm not happy with a report?

If a report doesn't meet our completeness and specificity standard, we replace it at no extra charge. Let us know within 7 days of delivery.
How do testers get paid, and how much?

Testers are paid per completed and approved task. Payout varies by category and task length, and is always shown before a tester accepts a job.
Do you offer bundles bigger than 30 testers?
