Honest, specific feedback from a real person who has no stake in your success is one of the most useful (and hardest to get) things for anyone building a product, a game, or a channel. So we built a way to get it on demand, from vetted people, without pretending it's something it isn't.
We're a small, early-stage team. We're not going to claim a network of thousands of testers we don't have yet — we're building that pool deliberately, one vetted person at a time, because quality is the entire product.
